
Ingredients
Vegetable protein (non-GMO-fat-free soy flour, rice, flour and bean flour).
Garlic mix [spices (garlic, pepper, paprika and parsley), salt, hydrolysed corn protein, caramelised sugar and natural flavouring].
Does not contain any animal products. Gluten free. Lactose free.
Preparation
1) Put water on to boil and add yout Buenggies
Put water on to boil (300 ml in a 20 cm diameter pan). When it’s already boiling, add your Buenggies.
2) Pour in the seasoning
When it is almost boiling, pour in the seasoning, add the vegetable protein and cook for 4 minutes (turn it from side to side a couple times).
3) Grill on both sides for the best result!
Drain excess water from the protein and grill on both sides for the best result! (We recommend 30 seconds per side, gas mark 6-7).
