Sanygran brings innovation in organic food to BIOFACH 2025

From 11th to 14th February 2025, Sanygran will participate in BIOFACH 2025, the world’s leading trade fair for organic food, to be held at the Exhibition Centre Nuremberg (NürnbergMesse Group).
Spain is a key player in organic production, ranking among the top 10 countries globally in organic market share, generating over 3 billion euros in organic product sales. According to data from the Spanish Federation of Food and Drink Industries (FIAB), Spain’s climate and geographical diversity allow for an extraordinary range of products, consolidating its leadership in the sector.

This year, Sanygran joins 10 companies from Navarra participating in the Navarra Government’s grouped stand, organised by Plan Internacional de Navarra (PIN), within the Spain Pavilion, coordinated by FIAB. You can find us at Hall 5, Stand 251.

At Sanygran, we not only develop and market our products under our organic brand, Obrador Sorribas, but we also work with retailers and other brands to create bespoke organic products, offering private label solutions (MDD). Great industrial capacity to produce a wide range of BIO products

We have a solid industrial infrastructure to produce tofu, seitan, hummus, croquettes, burgers, and other organic products.
Additionally, we have wet and dry extrusion technology for developing meat and fish analogues, both breaded and non-breaded. We currently work with retailers and other brands to develop these products in non-organic versions, but by controlling the entire production process, we can create new organic recipes tailored to client needs.

Between the 15th and 16th of January 2025, Sanygran participated in Marca, Italy’s leading fair dedicated to Private Label (PL) brands. Held in the city of Bologna at the renowned BolognaFiere venue, the event provided a unique platform for establishing key connections and expanding into the highly competitive and growing Italian market.
