Thanks to the European Union’s Global Foodture program, the “International mission to Singapore” represented a significant milestone in Alimentos Sanygran’s international expansion. Our Managing Director, Roselyne Chane, led the way in this mission. The company joined forces with FOOD+i – Cluster Alimentario del Valle del Ebro– and other travel companions, including Ingredalia S.L., Innomy, Algaloop, and ODS Protein. During the mission, over 40 representatives from six different countries pooled their efforts for a common goal: exploring new opportunities and enhancing international collaboration in the food sector.

The week of activities in Singapore was filled with key events, strategic meetings, and enriching activities. Participants immersed themselves in a vibrant and diverse business environment, fostering the exchange of ideas and exploring synergies. Visits to places such as the Agri-Food Tech Expo Asia, APAC Afri-Food Innovation Summit, and Singapure Food Agency Global highlighted crucial meetings with key local players in the food industry, enabling Alimentos Sanygran to establish valuable connections and understand the dynamics of this highly relevant market.

Agri-Food Tech Expo Asia in Singapore: October 31st – November 2nd

The Agri-Food Tech Expo Asia (AFTEA) is a significant event in the food industry, showcasing global innovation in agri-food technology. On this occasion, Alimentos Sanygran participated in the Spanish Pavilion organized by ICEX.

Located at Stand F14, we presented an innovative solution – a 100% plant-based “beef” analogue made from Mahou San Miguel’s subproduct. This product stands out for its sustainability, emphasizing our company’s commitment to innovation and sustainability in the food industry.
