However, we showcased a significantly broader range of products developed over the last few months, such as vegan spreads with salmon and surimi flavours, offering creative alternatives for consumers seeking vegan options with familiar tastes; texturised plant protein, dried, rehydrated, and breaded, suitable for airfryers, a perfect solution for convenient, healthy options without sacrificing texture and flavour; pea-based meat analogues, which are sustainable, tasty alternatives to traditional meat, catering to the growing demand for plant-based protein; and finally, Obrador Sorribas products, which include burgers, hummus, and organic tofu, further reinforcing our commitment to sustainability and healthy eating.
