Reaching new levels of innovation with our novel aeration technology
Once again, we demonstrate our commitment to innovation and continuous work to improve Plant-Based products. We have recently incorporated a fourth technology that has made us the first company in Spain with 4 in-house technologies for the production of these products, and the first and only company in southern Europe to have this new aeration technology.
Why this technology?
This machine stands out for its versatility, as it has different variables that can be controlled to obtain different textures.
With this new food technology, we have achieved a texture visually closer to that of poultry and white fish, as we obtain a whiter colour in neutral products. On the other hand, in marinated products, this technology has favoured the penetration of the marinade inside the product. In the mouth, we have achieved a softer texture and an improved flavour; this technology notably reduces the characteristic vegetable flavour of the product. However, we can affirm that neither the nutritional values nor the ingredients of the products will be altered by the use of this technology.
Finally, we are pleased to announce the standardisation of different base products made with another of our technologies, high humidity extrusion.
